Would have been 5 stars but on the day I visited the gate was broken and would not open. With no onsite manager this was problematic.

They rose the price more than deserved for the small units. I came by 5 times in the last month and there was bird dookie on my unit door and four others. I cleaned mine off, and I got it again, the others just stayed crusted over the whole time. I pay $75 for a closet with bird crap on it. Just look somewhere else.

The outside of the facility is clean. It’s nice to have lighting in each locker. I have only rented here since 12/2025.
So far, so good.

Website is inaccurate. Kiosk does NOT work – and I am a young person who uses kiosks frequently. Kept freezing and malfunctioning. I went to Bud’s Mini Storage instead after being unable to complete the process to rent a unit.

Definitely negative stars if I could. Just had an extremely rude, unprofessional encounter with the person working in the office at the Arcata site. Blonde, big false eyelashes. She claimed she was closed, despite it being 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close, and told me to come back at another time- however she was so terse and rude I felt physically uncomfortable going back there.
