Jordan is the best! We had a horrible moving experience and our belongings ended up at Mad River Storage. Jordan was so helpful in getting a unit reserved to secure our belongings. The facility is very safe and secure, the units are in great condition and the price is very reasonable. Our belongings were in storage for over 6 weeks until recently picked up for delivery to Louisiana. Jordan always made himself available to help me when calling to check on our belongings. He was always very professional, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this facility. I don’t think you could get better service anywhere else!

Very great storage for starting out! Especially friendly to newcomers with the 50% off deals. I had a very easy time setting things up and Jordan answered all of my questions anytime I would ask anything!

Mad river storage just saved me MAD MOMEY ! lol
In all seriousness they 100% did , I’m paying half the price for a ground level pull-up unit that’s literally twice the size of the one I almost got.
Saving all that money is very nice and what makes it even better is the one I got is like a shipping container so there is nothing else connected to it that will cut out any dust.
I was very happy with how clean and dust free it was
The third part of my experience with mad river that was MAD GOOD was Jordan ( person that works there) , he was very pleasant to talk to and made everything easy to do and also had no problem with answering all my crazy questions.
Thank you Mad River & Jordan !

I had a great experience here. The entire place was very clean, well-maintained, and felt secure. Jordan was extremely helpful throughout the process—friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. Highly recommend this facility if you’re looking for hassle-free storage!
