Ladies and officer are super super nice and super comedy. You couldn’t go wrong at all. Grabbing a rainbow self storage. The facilities are always clean and very, very accommodating for most large vehicles in all of the places that I’ve used them as well. As easy to get the size storage that you wanted for me anyway, as well. As the same facilities even they help me out big time. I didn’t have enough room for the stuff in the one storage that I had. And they found me one right around the corner in the same place with in a couple hour. I wish I would noise to the couple days. I did trying to get everything in there. When I could adjust going up and ask? And they help me right away

The staff are super friendly and down to Earth. They treated me with respect and made the process very easy. When I went to get into the gate I was very pleased with how clean the property is and the environment felt safe as well as I noticed there weren’t any people just hanging out and I didn’t see any bad traffic there. It was definitely safe unloading my car and getting my things into my storage unit. The price is very good and I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you Rainbow Storage for giving me a safe place to store my things!!!
Dragonheart Rave (Dragon)
Called to get the phone number for my account (number wasn’t originally mine) and Nicole gave me nothing but attitude twice in a row after first giving me the wrong number to begin with and hung up. Then hung up on me AGAIN mid call before I could even ask to change it to my current. Very rude customer service, this woman needs fired, and I would highly reccomend not dealing with them unless you REALLY need a place for storage.

The facilities are always clean. Access is easy with a large lift and stairs for second floor units. I really appreciate that there is a cart in the lift to help with transferring items. Staff have been helpful in answering questions and respond to emails quickly. I have total confidence that my belongings are safe on site. The gatecode system is simple to navigate. 10/10 would recommend.
