Terrible. I set an appt here days ago, have 2 confirmation emails. I’m here at the time and date, doors locked, no responses to knocks, calls and texts.
Update: when she finally responded , the owner took zero responsibility claiming the appt when to junk mail and the confirmations mean nothing because they’re “not from her”, they’re “from a 3rd party”. Don’t companies hire 3rd parties to use? Apparently this one with online scheduling is just for show

We hired Print Your Mitts for a private event this week and she was nothing short of amazing! Super professional and even stayed an hour longer than scheduled to make sure everyone got fingerprinted! We recommend Print Your Mitts to anyone! Thanks again!
