Got my s23 ultra fixed here. They quoted me 400 if paid with card and 200 paid in cash first red flag. 2nd red flag while they were working on my phone I requested the better screen for a little extra money. They called me back 30 minutes later stating the phone wasn’t a s23 and wanted the 400 I told them it was forsure a s23 and they said “oh sorry it is.” 3rd redflag The screen malfunctioned without being dropped or water damage and they tried to blame me using my phone too much and that’s why it was malfunctioning. 4th and red flag they didn’t clean the new screen or my back camera lenses before installation and I couldn’t use either cameras due to them being smudged. Stay far away from this place! 5th and final red flag when properly repaired I was told the screen was a cheap knock off screen not what I paid extra for.

I bought a screen protector. Dropped the phone on the table cracked right away. Went back the next day and he said it was my fault. Quality of product is horrible and service. No warranty whatsoever, despite being less than 24 hours.
