I had an appointment at One Toyota Service Department where I was greeted by Brian. I explained that I was there for paint chip repair and mudguard installation.
Brian kept me informed throughout the process, starting with the mudguard installation. While working on the paint, they discovered a dent. Since my sales representative was unavailable that day, Brian stepped in to assist me in discussing the dent fee with the manager. After waiting for about 3-4 hours, my car was finally ready. I truly appreciate Brian McCallum’s help, and I highly recommend One Toyota Service Department in Oakland.
