I am a Gringo / “adobada” aficionado… yes, adobada is the same as “al pastor” — the exact same? to a Gringo, ¡Sí! anyhow, start off ordering four adobada tacos, enjoy some complimentary chips (they are sturdy shovels that don’t break when heavily loaded with salsa)… and then go back and try everything else on the menu, which is where I’m at! love the fresh piña they provide too!
