What a pleasant delight to find great sushi out here. Delicious, beautifully presented, and fast. I would absolutely come here again. Highly recommend the sushi tower

Didn’t realize it was a food truck until we got there. initially I thought it was a little pricey, but the spring rolls and firecracker roll were large portions. Everything was fresh and well prepared.
Worth a try.

I decided to give this little sushi stand a try. I am so glad I did! Very large portions, an order will fill you up. I had the spicy tuna roll and man, was it delicious! It was quick, and fresh. Highly recommended.

Such a must if you’re from Williams or having a pit stop at Williams. The sushi was phenomenal, and very well priced (get plenty for your buck too!) I highly recommend!
