It was just horrible. We got there and went to the bathroom and the doors were literally falling off and the “hand soap” was just dish soap, we came back out to sit at our table and ordered our food and it took about 40 minutes just to get our appetizers. And in those 40 minutes they didn’t even check up on us. But finally when our food came out we were starving so we dug right in and the food had no flavor at all no amount of salt could’ve saved that food and worst of all it was so cold and stale meaning it had just been sitting there so why didn’t they just take the food when it was ready?!?! But the cherry on top definitely had to be a SPIDER falling on our food from the ceiling! So just save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

Our food took an hour to come out. We were never checked on not once during that hour. When the food finally came out, it had no flavor. My daughter ordered scrambled eggs with ham and they gave what looked like a half an egg. There was never an apology or an im sorry it’s taking so long. We never got refills. Definitely never going back.

The Molcajete was so delicious, had plenty of food for 2 people. It came with rice, beans and Pico de gallo, plus tortillas. You have the option of pinto beans, black beans or refried beans. I got the 3 meat molcajete, chicken, carnitas and steak.

This is a nice place and the food was good. They serve drinks and you can dine-in. Also, you can do takeout and my burrito did come with chips.The staff is polite. My only negative is that they did not let me get two different types of beans and add jalapenos to my veggie burrito. This was disappointing but my veggie burrito did taste good. Overall this is an ok place.

I came to Los Molcajetes for the first time today and I was very satisfied with my meal. However I was not satisfied with the customer service. The servers weren’t rude at all they were actually quite nice but it’s just that they paid almost no attention to us as if we weren’t there. They tried to have as little interaction with us as possible. No one came to seat us we just sat ourselves and when we sat down it took them a while to give us our menus. The waitress came back and took our order, about 15 minutes later our food came out. I ordered the Chile Relleno and Enchilada plate. It was very tasty and there was a lot of food on my plate so I was happy. But they never brought us our drinks we ordered and never gave us any napkins. When we were finished with our food we waited for the check to come but after 30 minutes of waiting we realized it wasn’t coming so we went to the front desk to ask for our check. Everything about my experience was good except for the service. I will come back for the food but that’s all. If they worked on the service it would be a much more enjoyable establishment that I would come to regularly.
