Skirt steak, beef fajitas were so good absolutely great

The burger & fries were okay. $8 for a taco and it’s not a gigantic amazing taco. The owner was snapping at one of her employees in front of customers, not cool. She was eating over the register, while taking orders (health code violation). I love dogs, however the owners dogs was just freely walking about, another violation. Under the table while I ate, went into the kitchen, snacking off the floor sweet dog. There’s 4 better places in town, with a friendly owner.

So glad La Playa is back! Super good skirt steak burrito. Beautiful new restaurant. Must try restaurant in Pacifica.

Ordered the 2 item fajitas and received it almost 40mins later AND IT WAS COLD and bland. The fajitas don’t come out on a hot skillet and the veggies were barely cooked down. I didn’t recheck but I was certain the menu said “served w corn tortillas” to which I received two burnt and one raw flour tortilla.
I almost left when I saw how dirty the chef’s towel was and how he was using his bare hands to grab items from the warmers (meat, veggies and cheeses).
Not a great experience and several health code violations. Yikes

I’ve been here several times and consistently get great service and delicious food, prepared as requested.
Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous, and overall experience is good. My only criticism is the noise level indoors. When the restaurant is full it’s louder than I like, but I don’t hear others fussing about it so it might just be me.
