During my recent visit, I observed severe food safety violations that require immediate attention.
Background: Visit on 09/01/2026 (10:00AM-11:30AM)
Upon sitting down, I was handed a menu covered in leftover food stains and had to request a clean replacement. I then ordered eggs and sausages. While eating, the first two bites of the sausage tasted off, but the third bite had an undeniable spoiled taste and a terrible odor.
I immediately notified the host. Right after, I experienced severe nausea and vomited. I alerted management on duty and left the premises immediately. For the remaining of the day, I had stomach pain, nausea, fever.
Serving spoiled food and unsanitary menus poses a major public health hazard. I request an immediate review of your food storage, handling, and sanitization procedures, as well as a response detailing how this will be handled.

I choose to go with my wife to Pinata because of the good reviews. When I arrived there was plenty of parking. One side holds the restaurant and the other side is the lounge or bar. At first nobody escorted us to our seats we finally got an employees attention and he told us to sit wherever we want. So my wife ordered the steak with eggs plate including salad. My plate was the Mole Enchiladas with rice and refried beans. The salsa is mild to hot. Not the best but it tasted good. For my drink I ordered some Jamaica. It was good but the plastic cup they served the drink in looks almost moldy. Maybe it just has a lot of water marks from many uses in the washer . My Mole Enchiladas was good . Not exciting delicious. The sauce is definitely on the mild and sweet side. My wife enjoyed her plate. We ordered an extra egg for our plate. The price was somewhat reasonable for my wife. My portion looks small in comparison. Yet my plate was more expensive by a few more dollars. It’s a good place to eat you need to be near the hospital. The layout and architecture is definitely latin style. Very good. The deer on display seems confusing to me. I will come back again and try another dish. Maybe then I may give it 5 stars or 3 stars.

Been here so many times. This is a place that for sure your friends would love. Come and try to enjoy what we enjoyed.

It had been a few years since I have sat in the bar area. Love that has been updated. The decor is perfect for groups . Food and service was great
