Nice clean well managed park , helped my Best friend move in….. Also right across the street from a CHP substation so I would bet it’s also safe and secure …..

It’s clean and friendly and has great washers and dryers and on site showers. Very reasonable on price for parking a motorhome.

Mobile home park needs a lot of upgrading, residents need to have a little pride in ownership and if you don’t mind it being in the middle of nowhere
