Management is good and nice to work with but the owner does not care about anyone but herself, she’s greedy and selfish I do not recommend trying to work with this seller she’s very difficult and doesn’t get back to you in a timely manner. She does not care about appraisal price she’s going to up-charge you more than units are worth. Do not waste your time!
