Moving has been a nightmare so I am thankful for her help!

Lovely park! Carla is so helpful and responds quickly to questions. Best application process I’ve ever experienced. Overall a great experience and I’m really happy to live in a place where management really cares and makes a conscious effort to keep the park safe and residents happy!

We recently bought a mobile home at Humboldt Bay Mobile Estates and Carla was so helpful through the whole process. She was extremely professional and kind in her understanding of the process as well as our individual situation. We are very excited to be a part of the community and grateful to have my son’s first experience with home ownership in a safe neighborhood and in such a beautiful location. I would highly recommend Carla to anyone interested in home ownership in a lovely community setting.
