A couple months ago we had work done on our 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid extended warranty work. When I drove the car the next day after my son picked it up, I found a foot long gash in the Passenger seat. This was not present when we dropped it off. Management never responded to my complaint sending photos. I have left many messages and nobody responds. Avoid this place like the plague that it is. Also, their hourly rate is so high extended warranty companies refuse to pay the rate they charge. Hansel passes that on to you to pay rather than adjust their outrageous hourly rate. I had this happen at Hansel Ford as well.

I know car dealers get a lot of crap today but I have nothing but good things to say about Hansel Lincoln in Santa Rosa. Bought the wife a new car for her 60th birthday, isn’t she lucky. Got her a 2025 Lincoln aviator, I think this thing is a piece of art. Worked with Drew at Hansel ford/lincoln and have purchased several cars from him. He always treats me with respect and I feel like he treats me fairly on the pricing. I really appreciate you Drew keep up the good work and if I know somebody who needs a car, I’m sending them your way. Take good care of them
