The Staff here really do make it such a stress free and swift experience. I absolutely love their customer service. They know how to look after their customers and they know their product very well. One thing though the boutique and accessory store location is on the other side of the waiting area / lounge and i think it would be so much better if they were adjacent or close to each other, to allow us to browse and check through while we wait for our vehicles.
This is a very busy Ford dealership. Without an appointment don’t expect them to work you in. My F350 Super Duty, crew cab, diesel, dually is an expensive vehicle, but there were expensive vehicles everywhere waiting in line. A very busy place is hard to review. Usually a busy place is a sign of good food, etc. my review is to let people know that without an appointment, don’t waste your time just showing up.
Secondly, pull up to what appears to be a line for service is misleading. A closer look revealed all the vehicles were empty and just left there.
Had a slow leak tire on the F150. They looked and said they couldn’t find it. Get home, removed the wheel, hit it with soapy water. Less than 10 minutes later, found the slow leak. It was an old rusty nail embedded into the tire.
Sad that trained mechanics couldn’t use expertise to find a leak. Epic failure on their part. Go back to school.
I had a great experience dropping my car off for my scheduled maintenance. Danise Collins assisted me and was a total pleasure plus extremely helpful and explained my coverage and how to best use it. I will most definitely be back! Thanks Danise!
First time Hansel dealer buyer. I purchased a used Lincoln Navigator L from this dealer with the platinum bumper to bumper coverage. 8 months into owning this vehicle it doesn’t start after sitting overnight in my driveway so we take in to Hansel Ford Lincoln and give or take 4 days they had the vehicle for a month and couldn’t figure out the problem. So, I started a buy back case (lemon law) with Lincoln Corporate and was told to bring it back to the dealership for the mechanics keep working on my vehicle but with Lincoln Corporate monitoring the situation ect. After dropping off the Lincoln for a 5th time my wife with our 3 kids (7 year old, 2 year old, and 9 month old) were told to figure out how to get home because the 1 rental vehicle they had that fit my family was rented out even though we were using that specific vehicle for the entire month and the staff at this facility were well aware of this because of the size of my family. So my wife had to pack up and drive the Lincoln off the lot back to Petaluma. This specific situation described is the reason why I decided to transfer the case to Petaluma Hansel which the Lincoln was at for an additional 7 days to be told that the battery has a bad cell. Even with the issue with the staff member and how long it took to be told it was the battery I still had to pay out of pocket because Lincoln would not compensate/ cover the $250 charge at all. All about the money in the end regardless of how much you spent to own that luxury vehicle.
I have had better customer service from Craigslist vehicle sellers to keep it simple.
