Great portions! Nice and steady business. Service was nice and friendly being attentive. Food was tasty! Nice chips and salsa and guacamole. I had the trio of taquitos. They have option to dine in or take out. Tables or booths. Cute decorations.

This charming little restaurant offers delicious Mexican comfort food with generous portions. We only ate half of our plates, saving the rest for dinner, and everyone enjoyed their meals. While parking can be competitive, it’s definitely worth the effort.

I’ve been dining mostly takeout at Enrique’s for many years. At least 10 or more. 90% of the time I always get the same meal, their grilled pork chops. Loved them!!
However, today was a very disappointing moment:
I’m so used to Enrique’s grilled pork chops being juicy, medium but fully cooked on the inside. Emphasis on the word juicy – Today however, not only were they burnt more than usual (which I can handle), they were dry and overcooked.
It had been a while since I have these. Maybe a few months but I was really looking forward to having them today. Very disappointed in the only place I get grilled pork chops from.

I went to eat there with my parents, and this was a great restaurant in beautiful Long Beach. The caldo de pollo was great. However, the tacos are too pricey, making it not worth it. Other than that, my parents and I enjoyed this great restaurant. We will definitely be back again.
