El Puesto delivers a modern, hip Mexican dining experience with a vibrant atmosphere, live bands, and loud reggaeton music that will have you leaning in to hear your tablemates. It gets quite busy on the weekends, but our group of ten only had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, which is very reasonable for a larger party. While entrees run around $21 and they automatically apply an 18% gratuity for larger groups, the fantastic quality of the food makes the cost worthwhile. My enchiladas with green sauce had a perfect balance of savory and tangy flavors that completely hit the spot. My son absolutely loved his beautifully plated sopes de birria, which featured wonderfully crispy bases loaded with incredibly tender, rich beef. If you are looking for an energetic, upscale night out with excellent food, this place absolutely hits the mark as long as you don’t mind the club-like volume.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! If you are looking for authentic, soul-satisfying flavor, look no further.
The street tacos are perfection—perfectly seasoned, tender, and served on warm tortillas—but the real game-changer is the consomé. Dipping those tacos into that rich, savory gold takes the entire meal to a whole different level of deliciousness.
And don’t even get me started on the birria chimichangas. They were genuinely to die for! Crispy on the outside, packed with incredibly succulent meat on the inside, and bursting with flavor in every single bite.
The quality of the food here is unmatched. If you’re a fan of birria or just great Mexican soul food, this is a must-visit. I’m already dreaming about my next meal here! 10/10.
