I celebrated my daughter’s college graduation here and I was in touch for a few weeks with the events coordinator, Theodora. She was amazing to say the least. She recommended what type of appetizers to serve, drinks and best seating space. She was on top of everything! When we got to the location 30 minutes earlier, she surprised us with graduation cookies on top of each plate and did find the best spot for the party! She even brought a bucket to put the flowers from the graduation in water. Best service I’ve ever had!! Our server was also incredible!! Sebastian was checking on food and drinks every 5 minutes. Our guests were also talking about what a great service and overall the experience was 5 stars or more! Amazing amazing service!!!

Nice and popular place at Santana Row to have drink and small bites. It is a place to hang out with friends or office workers.
The place is open air bae which is nice . It has full bar service with alcohol and non alcohol drink. Beside drink you can also order small bites. You will feel like you are somewhere on break and enjoy the moment.
This place get very busy. This time I ordered all the mocktail they have on menu and the one I likes are meno machas and rocinate. Tacos and churros are yummy.
It was relaxing and fun evening.

I go to Santana row often it’s one of my favorite places ! I was like ok I’ve never been here let me try atmosphere Amazing in a shaded location, wasn’t busy was seated right away I waited over 20 mins no one took my order I had to ask to be helped someone took my order ( seemed irritated) I asked if he knew why no one took my order , he said idk and he would tell his manager no one said anything lol no one asked if I needed anything if everyone was ok nothing was literally the worst serviced I ever got from Santana row I go there because I know I am paying for the atmosphere and service. The food was good drink was good I wanted another but couldn’t even give more money to a place I feel lacked customer service. I will not be returning to me customer service is everything if I’m paying 50+ for a meal I expect at least some type of good customer service. Based off customer service alone I will not recommend or return.

this was my family’s first time at el jardin and the food was really good. portions were quite big and flavors were on point. i ordered the chilaquiles rojos and they weren’t too spicy and rather more tomato forward. the beans were mediocre but the steak made up for it. my family also enjoyed their meals and rated it 8/10. only downside was that the service wasn’t really coordinated, as we almost got served the wrong food twice. the guac was also quite pricy at $17 for a small bowl but it was fresh and packed with flavor. all in all, would recommend you try!

Delicious tacos and chicken Nachos were so good in quantity too. Loved the ambience and great service. I ordered Mimosa flight with mayo and passion fruit flavors and it was so refreshing. They dint have the prosecco to make mimosas at first. But on our request, the lady managed to get a bottle from the other restaurant and made the mimosas for us. She made my day even more happy:) Thankyou
