River and his helper helped remove a queen-sized mattress and spring box, table and desk chair from home in San Jose. The crew handled the tight stairwells with absolute ease. They arrived exactly during their promised window and even called 30 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on the way.
They were incredibly careful not to scratch the walls or scrape the hardwood floors. The final price matched the text estimate exactly, with zero hidden fees. I’m incredibly impressed by their speed and professionalism and would absolutely use them again! Thank you, River!!

River and his team were incredibly kind, fair, and thoughtful. I was helping my dad dispose of some personal and meaningful items, pieces that had been passed down from his father, along with items that held memories of my mom. It’s never easy letting go of things like that; to most people, they might look like just belongings, but to us they carried real weight. River understood that, and he handled everything with genuine care and sensitivity.

As always, River and his brother Jeremiah were on time, if not a few minutes early. They began immediately and worked in a very organized, meticulous way. I had a great experience with Economy hauling and junk removal service. They were very nice, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. Scheduling was easy, and they kept me updated every step of the way.
