Our property manager Ricardo and maintenance man Trino really make this place feel cared for. Both of them really put their all into this community, and are always on top of any issues we may have, or questions we need answered. Trino goes above and beyond in terms of helping with anything that we need fixed around our home which we greatly appreciate. I can remember many times I have contacted him with an issue and he immediately responds with a solution, as well as a date and time that he will be by to help. Ricardo has always been very supportive, respectful, responsive, and committed to always taking care of my partner and I. I can tell that he cares about this community, and cares about the experience his tenants are having day to day while living here. Both Ricardo and Trino are what keeps this place alive and thriving. Thank you to you both.

If you ever wanted to know what it feels like to live in a third world country without actually having to go through all the trouble of applying for a visa jump on a plane and fly half way across the world to visit one. Just go to Deep valley mobile home park and feel the excitement of being so cram packed together with a bunch of people you don’t know knowing that your one grease fire away before the whole trailer park burns like Rome did . It truly feels like a third war country highly recommend for those who like to be in other people’s business

The mobile home park my app picks up a lot of places I take my dog to the parks and other places people say we’ve already seen these pictures they’re not the same pictures at the same time I take them at different times I do my best I’ve been sick lately understandable this is Max I’m doing the best I can at 72 years old trying to do a good thing thank you very much ladies and gentlemen and I’d appreciate it if you wouldn’t be griping about seeing the same pictures because they’re not the same pictures this is for the people that’s saying they’ve seen the same darn pictures.max.

Management very unprofessional , likes to use foul language. His been there sence 1/2017,I lived there 12 years owner has had 5 manager’s in that time,and numerous maintenance personal. Rent goes up every year.
