Friend and I randomly picked this restaurant after hiking nearby sawyer camp trail. We had the agave and strawberry margaritas; both were great and I opted for the vegetarian tostada and my friend chose to have the combination of tacos, chili relleno and enchilada- all vegetarian. The service was great. She made suggestions when we asked for it (agave margarita) and also warned us about the refried beans not being vegetarian (I was ok with it but always appreciate being told)
The restaurant has ample parking in the plaza, but I would like the ambiance to be a little more cheerful on the inside (which is why it only gets 4*)

Wow wow wow . This restaurant was a huge surprise for us .
The food was absolutely spectacular .
Along with the complimentary chips and salsa , they had a jalapeño cream /salsa ,OMG it is fantastic. The refried beans are probably the best I’ve ever eaten .
The service was great and the food came out quickly .
The margaritas were great also .
They also gave us a discount for staying at a local motel .
I cannot recommend Celia’s highly enough.

Spacious and cozy restaurant that is perfect for large groups and dining with kiddos. It wasn’t too crowded during lunch on Saturday, so the ambiance wasn’t hectic and we got food fairly quickly. Large portions, service is great and kids get some crayons to draw with too! The food feels catered to an American palate, but is definitely a step above a walk-up counter restaurant. Example: seafood salad had HUGE chunks of real crab. My only wish is that they’d put some veggies on the plates for some freshness. You only get the entree, rice, and beans.

I had lunch at Celia’s. I ordered a chicken burrito plate. It comes with rice, refried beans, chips, salsa and the chicken burrito. The food was very good and the service was exceptional. Restaurant is clean, and there are many free parking spaces available. The price of the lunch was pretty good too. I highly recommend.
