By far the worst Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. The food looked like it had been carelessly slapped onto the plate with no attention to presentation or quality. As you can see from the photos, one entire plate was left almost untouched because it was simply inedible. After just one spoonful, we decided not to eat the rest. We brought the issue to the staff’s attention, but it was not addressed or resolved. Very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I just want to give a shout out to this restaurant. There’s a bartender there by the name of Roberto
He is pretty much the person You see when I enter into the establishment
Thank you Roberto for your hospitality. You were awesome. I love this little place. They have happy hour from 12 to 6 PM. How about that? Those are long hours I had the half order of nachos and the cheese was so creamy. The beans were nice and warm they gave me a side of guacamole, sour cream and then I don’t like the pickled jalapeños so I asked them for fresh jalapeño peppers and they brought out a big bowl.
I tried the margarita on happy hour which was seven dollars and then the top shelf margarita is $11 so the price is really good. I got really full. They give you chips and salsa when you come in and everyone is so friendly even the customers the atmosphere is very lively and hospitable. I love this place. I found a new hangout thumbs up Roberto for your excellent customer service. You’re the reason why I will be back. Thank you for being kind.

Not quite sure how to explain my experience at this location.
The food WAS NOT that good.
Period
The margaritas were horrible.
Overpriced not good food .
Our server was not having a good day.
Maybe it’s her personality
Nice, then rude. No eye contact and short.
Put in the corner and being constantly starred at by the person at the table across.
Had to add salt to the guacamole.
Chips seemed flat or stale.
How can you mess up a protein bowl.
I have been to Mexican restaurant all over…
This was by far the lowest on my list
Worst $100 spent.
I generally tip 22% or more.
Gave her 18% because she looked like she was having a bad day

The concept is pretty predictable if you’d been to El Torito or On The Border. Located in an outdoor mall with plenty of open parking and a very nice facade with outdoor seating that is largely unoccupied.
The layout, decor and the seating style and everything is that typical Casa style. The bar area is vibrant and welcoming. Lot of folks seem to be regulars having a good drink with friends and significant others.
They take you back to the dining hall if you are in for dinner into 2 or 3 rooms with both tables and booths, which are somewhat unkept and dirty looking in need of a food wash.
Food is typical, not very special, but good. The waiter was not rude but hasn’t made any attempt to be pleasant either until at the end when he saw the tip I left which was way more than he deserved.
Bottom line, very passable. I have better options to have a pleasant evening with family.

Enjoyed a really terrific dinner at Casa Orozco. Ordered nachos and a combination dinner and everything was very tasty. I enjoyed their very crispy chips and flavorful salsa, as well. I was happy with everything except the hostess seating a solo diner in a large room with a party of 25 people or so. The noise became very loud very quickly and I didn’t fault the large party, I do think the management needs to train the hostess to seat smaller parties in a different area. There were many empty tables as I left and I couldn’t eat quick enough to get out of there quickly. Fortunately, I asked for a to go box and was able to take the balance of my dinner back to the hotel and was able to enjoy it the following night with lots of peace and quiet from my room.
