Thank you so much to the owner and staff of Casa Carlos! Had a surprise birthday party for my husband last weekend there and everyone was absolutely amazing. Thank you Ron Carlos for allowing us to I have his party at your restaurant. Your staff provided wonderful service and everyone enjoyed some delicious food, not to mention some yummy drinks as well. If you like Mexican food…this is the place!! This is our FAVORITE!

The nachos were very different from what I was expecting but I really liked them. We were a very large crowd with people coming in late, but the servers handled it very well and with smiles and patience. Excellent experience

Not the best Mexican food and considering I didn’t see one Hispanic person working there.. that’s probably why. Chili relleno sauce tasted good but the dish itself was inundated with bell peppers which is really strange to me. The beans and rice lack flavor and when it comes to Mexican restaurants…this is usually a good indicator that the food is going to follow suit.. Great price on Margaritas though!

The food was excellent! Our server / waitress was on top of all our requests.
The atmosphere has a laid back, family vibe. It was also nice to see friends I haven’t seen in awhile.
Keeping downtown family owned businesses alive is important to me.
It has been awhile since we had gone to Casa Carlos but we definitely won’t wait as long this time! Delicious!!

We live in Connecticut and come to Casa Carlos every year to meet friends that we grew up with in the area. Food is fantastic along with service and atmosphere. There is a reason why this place has been around since the 60s. If you are in the area, its a must go.
