I took my mom here today for late lunch around 2 pm for her birthday. Surprisingly, neither of us had ever been, even though we’ve lived in the area for over 10 years! Well, we had a great experience. The food was amazing, staff were kind, attentive and friendly and even brought my sweet mom a mini cake with ice cream at the end! We can’t wait to go back again sometime! Would recommend this restaurant to others who enjoy yummy Mexican food, great service and ambiance!

Food is reaaally good. No complaints. Service is awesome and happy. And the atmosphere is great.
We ate the veggie enchiladas, steak fajitas, and ahi ceviche.

I have dined there many times for lunch and dinner and this is my favorite restaurant in RSM. The Carne Asada and the Sea Bass are two of my favorite items. The view of the lake is spectacular.

Friday evening was fairly busy for Good Friday, after church service and the UCLA women’s basketball Fantastic Four win.
Celebrated with Halibut Tacos, which reportedly, are flown in and filleted in house daily, with avocado, baja cream sauce and pico.
The sauce pairing is quite good and the beans have a good flavor, rice is adequate but does not stand out.
Lake-view seating is nice, especially on a warm evening. Night views are limited but pleasant atmosphere.
Service was good; server, Mikey?, was extremely pleasant and helped with food choises, knowing what is most popular. He kept things moving and we felt fortunate to have his assistance.
Menu can be a bit on the expensive side, whether it’s RSM or a lakeside view, just prepare for sticker shock.
Parking lot was full but there is enough turnover to find a spot. Lanes are dangerously narrow, so it bears watching.

Absolute S tier Mexican restaurant that family owned and operated. The chips and salsa are made in house, and the bean dip is absolutely amazing. The Carmelita combination is the best value, and allows you to try so many different items which are all delicious. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is amazing overseeing the lake.
