Lovely owner. Remembers you, will take care of you even if you’re new. Amazing food with thoughtful presentation that’s cooked perfectly. I would recommend here for first or 40th date. I would eat here with friends. Lovely lovely lovely place.

Excellent food. The lamb and meat were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service was warm and friendly. He even gave me a free tea. I felt right at home. I hope to go back soon.

Went to Café Nur in Los Altos on a Sunday for brunch. It wasn’t busy at all, so we got a table right away. The server was very nice, warm, and kind, truly made it a genuine Turkish experience.
We ordered the Nur omelette and the Iskender (Alexander) kebab, along with Turkish coffee. The Iskender kebab was absolutely delicious. At the end, the server even brought us Turkish tea without us asking, which was such a thoughtful touch.
A lovely spot for authentic Turkish cuisine with excellent service, we’ll definitely be coming back!

Right next to the Starbucks I had passed it by many times. I finally decided to try it.
Ordered my food at the counter and found a nice table outdoors. Food was served at my table and was perfect. I very nice presentation and the flavor was excellent.
Pricing was fair – it is downtown Los Altos but it was a good value for the money.
Outside was clean and the traffic going by was entertaining but not distracting. Interior seating was well planned but this day the weather was so nice I couldn’t seat inside. I order a gyros and it was flavored well. Proportion was great and I even took a little home for a late night snack. Will be returning. oh and brought me warm tea at the end of my supper, very nice touch.

While in the Los Altos downtown, we were looking for a spot to eat and found this on Yelp. It was a nice find. We enjoyed the food on the hot day and sat outside under the umbrellas on the benches. I ordered a greek salad with chicken and it was very good and fresh. It came with few pieces of bread on the side. The service was great. I would recommend!
