Today we came back to BJ’s Cupertino for the first time in a while. Our server, Jesus, provided outstanding service from start to finish. He checked on our table regularly, and whenever we were ready to order or needed something, he noticed us with just eye contact—we never had to flag him down.
He was also incredibly kind to our 3-year-old daughter, talking to her warmly and making her feel included. His genuine hospitality and attentiveness made our dining experience so much more enjoyable.
To be honest, our last visit to this location wasn’t a great experience, so we were a little hesitant to come back. However, Jesus completely changed our impression. If he continues providing this level of excellent service, we’ll definitely be returning.

We are regular customers for BJ for either dine in or take out. Their service is always great. The food is always great. The price is amazingly low especially when you order the special deals. Their draft beers have lots of choices and taste great. Their parking lot is always full. Everyone knows this is the restaurant to get together with friends and family.

Tiffany was amazingly attentive and had a great attitude that made us feel like we were old friends. She made the experience feel relaxing and helped with recommendations as well. The food was great for the price and portions and I recommend the tortilla soup.

The wait for a table and to get the food is very long. There were people after we arrived and they were seated first. No order or appropriate wait time. We waited about an hour to get our food. We arrived at noon and received our food at 1pm. They only rushed when we questioned for our food and we were upset and annoyed by this point. The food was good but the cookie dessert got burnt from the bottom.
