I have family that lives in this park. It’s a senior park and seems to be well maintained. Within walking distance of the Botanical gardens and Maras coffee house.

Mobilehome Parks are rated on a five star level. A five star rating would include such amenities as club house,swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Streets would be well maintained and adequately lighted. Common areas would be landscaped and clean. Resident mobilehomes would be well maintained and reflect pride of ownership. Bella Shores has none of the above.
