These people are so disrespectful and they a super judgemental we get told by many tenants that they do local rents but apparently that’s only if they want to and charge them people 505 a month when me and my wife made arrangements to do so the were rude disrespectful and told us we cant rent to u because i lived local and if i wanted to shell out 1500 buck they may consider a 28 day stay seriously the place is ran down pottholes every where the restrooms were disgusting the host was drunk and the harbor district lady Janice was absolutely hateful about it and want to charge us 1500 and they would not give us a key to the restroom we hadcto wait till we seen them flag them down andvadke to let us in and would not allow access to laundry i paid 500 bucks for less that 2 weeks dont waste ur money here there are way better spots

This campground (?) Is run down and not being maintained.
We arrived and their was no one in the office at all.
We set up campground in the designated spot for our reservations and looked around. The power box looked ancient, and we experienced a power fluctuation that kept resetting our microwave.
There were mostly permanent campers with old rigs and we did not feel safe in this area. It felt like we were in a homeless camp.
A few rigs were ok looking, but most were in sad condition. I figured just one broken window would negate the cost of the camp.
We packed up, called the reservation number and received a full refund.

Very peaceful place! It’s right on the Harbor and steps away from the beach. You can hear the Seals barking, and sometimes a heard of Elk will feed in the grass beside the park. There is No drama and no rift-raft. It has its own discreet private security.
Janice and Anthony keep everything running smoothly.
UPDATE: 09/21/2002: THIS PLACE IS NOW FULL OF HOMELESS PEOPLE AT NIGHT; continuously walking through and all around the property. Watch your valuables!!!!!

Great location for an RV park – on the waterfront right next to the marina! Can’t miss finding it, super-nice manager, and lots of room in November. Not a fancy place, and appeared to have a number of long-term tenants – some already have Christmas lights up! Loved listening to the seal lions bark, walking to see them and the beach, and being close to café/bar. Driving distance to Safeway, drugstores, and Trees of Mystery attraction. Good place to stop for a while and smell the ocean … And visit the lighthouse when the tide is out!

Incredibly friendly customer service upon entering this wonderful little park. Everything is clean and tidy. Fantastic value. Nice 5 mins access to the beach. Lots of little places to explore just walking nearby. Good on the beach restaurants close as well!! Highly recommend this park. Would stay again.
