I hate to say the food was totally bland and soulless, very basic. I did order ahead, and the food is running about 10 minutes. The interior was totally empty. The salsa bar was a nice touch though.

Outstanding Service from Jessica!
I visited this Baja Fresh location today and had an absolutely incredible experience thanks to the Assistant Manager, Jessica. I was trying to place an order, but my phone completely died and the system was experiencing a technical glitch. Instead of turning me away, Jessica stepped up with pure grace, immense kindness, and top-tier hospitality to completely take care of me. She went above and beyond to save my afternoon. She is a natural leader and absolutely deserves to be the General Manager of this location. The other manager doesn’t know what he is doing. Thank you, Jessica!

Ordered the tostada salad from here multiple times and unfortunately, most of these times the shell has a soapy dishwashing liquid- type of taste to it.
Definitely a food safety issue here, either the cleaning detergents they’re using aren’t being completely rinsed from their fryers/cooking surfaces or the shells have gone stale and developed the rancid soapy flavor.
Red flag for food safety issues. Go elsewhere.

Horrible food!! None of the food items had any flavor, such as the taco fillings, rice, or the black beans. I had to literally submerge my order in salsa to add any decency. Ironically, the location has a sign that implies they use fresh ingredients, but I don’t beliebe that for one second. The mango salsa was made with a mango preserves from a grocery store-bought jar, and also substandard cashier service,….the lady employee gave no greeting or smile upon entering the restaurant, she appeared bothered that she had customers to tend to. There were spills and paper scraps scattered on their floors too. I will not be returning here anytime soon.
