I had a great experience with the service team at Audi of Oakland. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. Bad experience. Called in the store for a particular car that they had in the lot. They said it is a great car and is ready, so I drove an hour to test drive it. Upon reaching found that the salesman had to jump start the car and then the car would not move to drive gear. So, a non-working car. Another hour spent driving back for nothing. The salesman assured that he will have a service expert look at it and update me the next day. No update came through, and after 2 days when I followed up, came to know that the manager has put the unit for wholesale and is no longer available.
Such a bad experience. Forget about caring for a customer, basic etiquette of honesty and follow through is missing.

We’re really happy with our experience at Audi Oakland! Cole Hunter in Sales was wonderful from the very beginning, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and answered all our questions. He made the entire purchase process feel easy and comfortable and really took the time to make sure we were happy with our decision.
Ed Makbugay in Finance was just as great. He walked us through everything, answered all of our questions, made the paperwork simple, and really took care of us, including giving us a great deal on the extended warranty.
We truly enjoyed working with both of them and couldn’t be happier with our first Audi! Thank you, Cole, Ed, and the entire Audi Oakland team!

Ed Makapugay (Finance) and Justus Kasper (Sales) are my go to guys for Audi cars. Very easy to deal with and worth the visit. Easy negotiation and works on paperworks in flash. Very friendly and will for sure be going back to them for my next car purchase. Thanks again Ed and Justus for the wonderful experience in getting me and my wife our first German car. Loved it.
