Used ATS to transport a classic car in an enclosed trailer. The transport driver’s trailer was too big for the drop off street which he should have mapped and looked at beforehand when he was given the address. This forced him to drop the car a few blocks away which was not ideal. Driver also showed up 2.5hrs late at almost 10pm which is not an acceptable time for a car delivery (originally it was slated to arrive the next morning but he changed ETA last minute). Driver also didn’t know how to drive a manual car (this is a must when transporting classics) and struggled to get the car off the trailer.
Giving 3 stars because the vehicle was transported safely, so that part was ok. It was the missed logistics that were unprofessional and made the process a pain

Randy Bond was an awesome broker to work with. He’s a little old school by his emails, but nothing to worry about, he was very professional, fast response on phone and email. Friendly and patient to answer all my questions as this was my first time hiring an out of state transport. He contracted with a very professional transport company. We got our new minivan in less than a week from CA to ID. Seventour LLC took very good care of our vehicle.

I am impressed. Our vehicle was shipped from Los Angeles to Seattle and arrived almost a day earlier than anticipated. Randy is fantastic, the driver was top notch and super respectful and communicative the entire route. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to transport their vehicles. There are so many scammers out there but ATS is not one. Really big relief that this went so smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Fair pricing and great service can’t be beat.

We’re a military family and came down on orders so we needed to ship our car from California to Florida Nov 2021. Randy was incredibly professional and gave me very helpful insight as it was our first time shipping a vehicle. We’d gotten quotes from at least 10 shipping companies total, ranging from $800 to $2,400. ATS was in the middle but I’m so glad I didn’t go with a cheaper company. I don’t think it would’ve stayed cheap with misc/hidden fees. Randy was honest and the price was very fair. Our car arrived on time and in great condition. Definitely recommend ATS to other military families looking for a good, HONEST, reputable company.

Due to some unusual circumstances it was important that we knew exactly when the car would be delivered. Every time I contacted Randy he responded quickly and provided us with the updated information. We appreciate the good service
