This place has unfortunately fallen off. Not bad by any stretch, but the quality of food has dipped in my opinion and the prices are way up. This place grew into a local legend by having great food at great prices. Now? Average to slightly above average and expensive. I understand that inflation is rampant right now and just about every restaurant is increasing prices, but at the end of the day, you still have to ask yourself if the piece is with the quality of the experience and Antonio’s Quick Lunch is flirting dangerously with that line of not being worth it. Breaks my heart because these guys were a local legend for 20 years. But I can’t say I would recommend them as a local eatery in their current state of business.

For context, I just got a chicken burrito with avocado added. It was about a 5.5/10 and cost just over $17. There was not much chicken. I didn’t see any avocado on there (even though I was charged extra for it, it was a bit dry and a bit bland. It was not terrible by any means, but it wasn’t that good. Especially at $17. I could have went to any number of other local taquerias and got a similar burrito that would be about a 7.5-8.0/10 and probably cost around $13 to $15 instead. And unfortunately (it makes me a bit sad to say this), next time I probably will. The juice just isn’t worth the squeeze anymore here.

What a great place to get something delicious without emptying your wallet! Everything was so much fresher than anything thrown at you out of a drive through.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla lunch $19.62 they forgot the rice and beans. I called to ask for a credit on my next order, they said I would have to drive back there with the food. I live 15 minutes away. Im not going to waste 30 minutes of my day and more money in gas than it’s worth. Nice hustle keep up the good work.

I love their drive-thru option and there’s enough spaces to park, usually. Backing out might be an issue if you’re parked near the side of the drive-thru though.

I usually get the al pastor sope, and it is SOOOO good! I love that when you bite into it, the exterior of the masa is perfectly crunchy, but you also get the thick masa as well. The al pastor is the best flavored al pastor I’ve ever had. 10/10!

Their rice is okay. Sometimes underdone, sometimes lacking flavor. I’d give it a 6/10. Their refried beans though are delicious! It’s flavored SOOO well, and one of the few refried beans I’d eat again.

I also get an horchata, and I like my horchata EXTREMELY cold. Sometimes they serve it to you lukewarm, which isn’t bad, but not my preferred style.

This was the spot 20 years ago. It’s not that It’s bad, it’s just hit or miss on the value. If it’s slow you get more value. If its busy you get whatever they tossed in there as fast as they could. Does this salad (pictured) look like its worth $20?
