I made an order for delivery for the first time ever on the app. My order arrived without the drinks I paid for, and the nachos had no chips…? Like, chips are a pretty imperative part of nachos in my opinion. So I called to the store to ask for a refund and the kid who answered phone did not care at all. He told me my only option was to bring my receipt in. I wouldn’t have ordered delivery if I could go in. It sucks because he have been eating at Antonio’s for like 20 years and get food from there a lot. I’ve had messed up orders before but having someone just straight up not care makes me never want to go back. I’m done wasting my money there.

The biggest reason for a 1 star rating is being charged 3% surcharge when using cash! This is a drive thru order
Also earlier this year their portions got way smaller and the cost is up about $5 for the same order
The food is gone down hill and so has the customer service. Trust me when I say service with no smile, an RBF at best

Last time I ordered from this location I asked for the pico de gallo with my chicken plate when I got home I didn’t have any in my bag. I did not complain. This time I asked for pico de gallo and didn’t see the separate container they always put it in. I opened my food and it’s already all over my chicken. Why is it not in the separate container it usually comes in? I’m very disappointed on how I’m continuing to receive my order. It’s only at this location because yuba city does not do this. Where is the management and accountability?

This new location of antonios just opened in marysville,ca. Still the same good quality food. Happy I have one closer to my house. Good outdoor seating each table is covered. Best nachos in town. Order it “Sofia style” to the the chips on the side, so every bite tastes like the first.
