AAA refuses to pay $340.23 even though their driver was 100% at fault.
I am posting here because AAA’s corporate executive team told me they “don’t care” if I leave a bad review.
Their insured driver was 100% at fault for hitting my car. My insurer, GEICO, already handled the repairs and recovered my $500 deductible. However, AAA is flat-out refusing to pay my direct claim of $340.23 for the diminished value of my vehicle.
I escalated this directly to CEO Mike Zukerman’s office. Instead of resolving it, their “Resolution Team” and a senior claims manager used endless delay tactics. They told me they won’t pay a single penny until every other claim from the accident is finalized, and if the total exceeds their driver’s policy cap, I get nothing.
It is pathetic that a massive insurance company will lie, stall, and play cheap legal games to avoid paying a legitimate $340 claim. Absolute bad faith. Avoid AAA/CSAA.

I went in to the office to change my policy and the woman who ‘helped’ me was rude. It’s bad enough that even with my deductibles raised and removing all optional insurances on my two vehicles, my payments are around $350. Having someone poorly explain why and then be condescending about me not understanding is enough to make me switch companies.

Went in to have my title transfer and registration done today and was helped by Luis, who was so friendly and helpful through the entire process. The gentleman that greeted me at the door and gave me a quote for a home security system was also incredibly nice and welcoming, although I forgot to get his name. Overall so happy with the service they provided.

Super nice guy. Took my car to the mechanic of my choice and even told me it’s the good spot.
Then drove me to a hotel. Super easy going.
