Nothing to write home about here. Not even a trailer park anymore. Most of the trailers are torn down now and it’s supposed to put in tiny homes from what I heard.

Great place to yard sale. Especially down at the end, that home has some awesome stuff

Sucks to live in with the new park management. They don’t know the first thing about running a trailer park (w/tenants). No maintenance for help and they aren’t too friendly.

Yorks is constantly undergoing new owners or management
Now there are 3 huge black metal beams in the middle of the drivewave and they are removing and demoing trailers left and right
If you drive in there expect to get a flat tire.
Michael Rebhan
