Don’t recommend coming here. Not expecting a lot from Walmart Auto Center, that being said I have been coming here every time I need an oil change. If you’re going to get oil on my car, please clean up after yourself. Happy to say it’s not on the cloth, but disappointed nonetheless. The oil filter they put on my 2005 honda accord didn’t fit properly, and was leaking.

Easy one hour service to replace 4 tires on a Sunday morning. They had my order I placed one day prior. My wheel lock key was back in the car and spare tire secured back in its spot. Happy with the customer service and price was reasonable.

I visited your service center yesterday at 10:30 AM to get my car serviced. I was given a token number and informed that work on my car would begin within 30 minutes. However, even after waiting until 1:00 PM, the service had not started. I was then told that it could only begin around 4:00 PM.
This was very disappointing, as it resulted in nearly two and a half hours of wasted time with no clear communication or sense of urgency from the staff. It felt like customer time and satisfaction were not a priority.
I request you to please look into this issue and ensure better scheduling and communication with customers in the future.

Well, you get what you pay for. If you can afford to go somewhere else or you care about your time and your vehicle, you need to stay away from here. I had an appointment at 4pm and they didn’t start working on my car until 4:45pm. They forgot to put my spare tire in the trunk and I almost left without getting my wheel lock key back. I was told it was in the car, so I checked everywhere. I walked back inside and the tech said “oh yeah I’ll go grab it”. Nice.
The worst part is that they scratched a couple wheels and put the wheel weights on the outside of the wheels. On one wheel there is a 1″ chunk of paint missing where they put the weight in the wrong spot and had to move it. Absolutely hideous. The employees were very nice. Thats why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.
