I showed up to wait at the door at 7:40 AM because I wanted to be first in and first out for an oil change and tire rotation. They took my keys and information. I then watched as they drove four vehicles in for service while mine still sat in the parking lot. So much for first come first serve. I got my keys back and left. I’ll never go back. Their supposed policy is apparently only applied when they feel like it.

I own a transportation company in Mendocino County. Yesterday, one of my drivers was on her way to pick up 10 passengers at Santa Rosa Airport when she discovered a bolt in one of her tires. She was lucky enough to be right near Les Schwab. She went in and explained her predicament and the employees expedited her service, towed the van to the shop and repaired the tire in under an hour. She was back on the road and picking up our clients as planned. Les Schwab did not charge us for this exceptional service. They have a customer for life. I cannot recommend this shop any higher. They restored my faith in excellent customer service. Well done!
