I had a great experience purchasing my new CX-90 from Victory Mazda of San Leandro. Danny was very helpful and responsive throughout the process, answered all of my questions before my visit, and made sure the vehicle was ready when we arrived.
Ali also made the purchase process straightforward and worked with us to reach a price we were happy with. I especially appreciated that there was no unnecessary pressure or surprise add-ons.

We love Mazda and the people that helped us purchase our family new vehicle. They were really busy July 5th, we showed up at 4pm and we drove out of their lot with a new car at 10pm(thank you James, you were on it).
Christian Label, came up to us right away and asked what he could help us with. We told him we we looking for a SUV car, he showed us our options, we went for a test drive and love the car. Christian was very patient, I probably asked him the same questions about the car functions, and he always answered with professionalism.
Christopher Bruyn, the sales manager, was also very helpful. He worked with our budget and made sure we went with the car we wanted.
James Forteza, you’re the man! Thank you for helping us with the final paperwork details. I know I was rushing because I had to go to work myself, but you made sure we got everything covered.
I went this morning again, I needed some help setting up my navigation system. One of the sales people walked to me and helped me set it up and also showed me some new features in the car that I didn’t know I had!

I flee in from San Diego to purchase a car site unseen. Yes, it was as nerve wrecking as it sounds, but Scarlett made the process very easy and helped me get out of my own way when it came to pulling the trigger because of the distance. which after spending one nights rest with my new (to me) car, i can say im so thankful she did. bought a subaru forester with a very specific color and tech package and shes perfect. when i got to the store to pick up my vehicle there was a small scratch that they made right immediately so i felt that dealership leaving like I got a good deal and like I was taken care of instead of taking advantage of (Which was a real worry since I was basically putting myself in a really bad spot since I had clearly planned to drive the vehicle home.) I also really enjoyed chatting with Ali in finance, he made the worst part of buying a car super enjoyable gave me a couple recommendations for the area and was just generally pleasant and not high pressure, it was honestly like talking to an old friend. Other small shoutouts to Ali (sales) and James who were the managers that both came out and made sure that they met me in person after interacting with me over the phone, Which was just very personal and made the experience that much more pleasant. I will most likely add another post or comment on this post as there are a couple things that aren’t fully wrapped up, I’ll be finalizing next week (Just things that were a part of the deal that are owed) so everyone knows how the treat the customer after the sales aswell! but i dont expect to be disappointed with how my experience has been so far.
Oh, and right before I left, I was invited to their cookout so I obviously made sure to get a photo of james cooking for me before i drove off in my new car!
anyway, loved waking up to my new car in my parking spot today. that made me so happy and I know I made the right decision, as wild as flying somewhere to buy a car is. THANKS AGAIN SCARLETT AND EVERYONE!

Danny really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me explore my options without ever making me feel pressured. What stood out the most was how genuine and attentive he was.
