Shoutout to Chuck, Lizeth, and the gentleman who came on the test drive. Called them in the morning to hold a vehicle for me and Chuck was extremely friendly on the phone. When I showed up, Chuck instantly greeted me and had the keys ready for the truck I was interested in. Inspecting the truck, it was immaculate, not because of the condition of it, but also because Good Guys Auto Sales did a great job cleaning the truck inside and out. Lizeth is a great and kind finance manager and is wonderful at explaining the financing process. Thank you to Good Guys Auto Sales for a quick and simple buy. Good guys auto sale purchase was fast and easy going.
Pressure is always felt when buying a used vehicle but the willingness to work with you and help you out goes a long way and good guys relieved ample amounts of that stress.
Although my truck popped up with a few issues Sam didn’t hesitate to respond right away and have me come and get the issues fixed very fast and free of charge.
I’m very appreciative and thankful. hopefully will be returning to buy from them in the future.
