Went into the store and spoke with Steve. He is the most unhelpful person I’ve come across with any store I’ve ever been in. I told him about the issues I’m having with my phone. He asked if I called customer support. I told him yes I did and I needed a person to help me. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t go to technical school and can’t help me. Quite rudely I might add. I left the store with more issues than I started with because I couldn’t get any help.

He was friendly, competent and patient when dealing with an issue that I’ve been trying to resolve for some time.
We need more real people (not bots) like Steve to assist customers that need extra help.

Its Verizon. All phone companies change over time and adapt. Verizon is a great company IMO. They do have great coverage and customer service. Highly recommend them. My local store is very helpful. Don’t be scared to ask questions.
