I just had the worst experience in this store today. I went in to do a return of a device to exchange it for a different one. As soon as I came in I was met with opposition from all the reps. I explained my frustration of trying to do the return for over a week with customer support and they kept trying to send me away telling me just to call them because they “can’t” return it themselves even tho in their policies it shows you can return them at ANY ATT store. And I would get it if the store was too busy and this takes a bit of time but… there were 4 WORKERS and only one of them was engaged with a customer the rest were just on their phones instead. I will be filling a complaint with the FCC since customer support also just hangs up in the middle of the process and now you have to wait another hour for them to answer to try and complete it and if you schedule a call back you can only schedule it 2 to 3 days ahead on a MONDAY. when their policy for returns is a strict 14 days. I am nothing but patient I didn’t show either any hostility and hope their days went well but this is definitely bullshit. Favorite moment of the whole interaction was that when I was leaving one of the reps said “ Once you get it returned with customer service come back so we can get you a new device” man if I can’t even get you to help me return a device what makes you think I will come back to get another one.

The employees Miguel and Hulises here at the Ukiah store were very helpful & pleasant. They were thoughtful & kind. I am a senior citizen & they treated me with respect & dignity. Thank you,

Just went earlier today and had a pleasant experience with Luis! he was very friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to the issues i was having with my phone for quite a while and helped me fix them. Overall, excellent service.
