The sudden loss of my wifi signal at my residence in Redwood Valley, prompted me to call Ukiah Wireless for assistance.
I spoke with a very helpful person there, Adam.
An hour later he was at my residence and in very quick order fixed the problem.
Adam was very efficient and explained in full, any questions I had.
A very efficient service call, completed at a very fair price.

I have been happy with Ukiah Wireless since day 1 in March, 2020. We have the mid-range plan @ $75/mo. That gives us all the connectivity we need, usually. Towards the end of last year, our connectivity seemed to be falling off. I called the company (you can nearly always get a human) and they would adjust something and it would be better for awhile. Then, in December it took a turn for the worse. It turned out to be a multi-headed hydra. It took some time to find and correct all of the problems.
Throughout that time, I dealt directly with the General Manager, Adam, who was very patient with me and with the problem, very communicative, very knowledgeable, and very skilled. He is clearly devoted to making this company responsive to customers. I had many friends urge me to “upgrade” to Starlink or a satellite company. No thank you. I want a company that employs local people and gives me someone to talk to when I have a problem. I am a satisfied customer and plan to remain one for many years to come.
PS They also offer small discounts from time to time which is kind of wonderful.

Best internet and costymer service in Ukiah!! Very fast, easy and reliable. I get same day service for any maintenance needs.. no wait. These guys are legitimately the best, and I’m picky..
