From The Gulf Coast of Florida here to see our son. The food was great! The owners were just the greatest! I enjoyed talking to them. Overall, my wife loved the food and that’s all that matters!
This place doesn’t look like it contains any gems from its exterior. From the loitering houseless outside and the empty car lot, I wasn’t expecting much when I came here for my dinner because it was walking distance from my hotel. Walking in I saw two couples having dinner there and that didn’t help either. I ordered to go one torta de carnitas and super nachos with chicken. I ordered two plates because I first thought that they were going to short me on the torta and it wouldn’t be enough, like some other places I’ve been to. Arriving at my hotel unpacking the food and realize that I had severely underestimated this restaurant. The torta was perfectly structured, not too big, not too small, not too wet, not too dry. They didn’t short me on the avocado, the onions were portioned just right, the lettuce was also just enough where it didn’t take up too much of the torta’s precious real estate, the mayo was enough were I could notice it was there and that’s it, the tomatoes weren’t too big or watery where it made it soggy, and the meat was well portioned and generous enough to where it wasn’t overpowering, everything complemented each other just right. Just perfect. To add to my joy there was also a side of fries! Which was the cherry on top of this already delectable Mexican monument. You also get a side of chips with your choice of mild or hot sauce; I chose the mild hot sauce to sooth my inner swaged-up white boy-ness. I just had a few chips from the super nachos because the torta was so fulling and perfect. The only negative is that now I’m going to have to enjoy these two delicious plates in two separate sittings.
I forgot this place existed. I thought the chips and salsa were pretty good, they didn’t offer a refill though. I ordered the valley fajita burrito, and it said it came with beans and rice, but it comes in the burrito and not on the side like I thought. It feels like the inside froze in 2020 and didn’t catch up to now if that makes sense? The food is okay and so is the service.
I also think I need to go and give it another chance.

Had the veggie fajitas. They were awesome! So many great veggies and blackberry margarita was superb!
