This restaurant is mostly run by a team of beautiful women, and we’ve stopped by a couple of times. The quality of the food has been consistently excellent. They also offer complimentary chips and salsa with any purchase, whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout.
The service is great, and the background music creates a nice atmosphere. On weekends, they have a churro cart that I highly recommend. Churros are $3 each or 5 for $15, and you can choose from several fillings, including strawberry, vanilla, caramel, and chocolate.
They also have a bar, making it a great spot to enjoy good food and drinks. Overall, a place worth visiting again.

We ordered the mix fajitas and three tacos (chicken, carne asada and fish). Large portion size. Flour tortillas were great, slightly charred. Meat was all excellent, especially loved the chicken and carne asada. The fish taco was excellent.
Service was kind and quick. You order up front but then it’s sit down. Free chips and salsa, with great salsa selection. We didn’t order alcohol but arguably the highlight of the place is the bar which is large with lots of TVs, huge tequila selection, and very lively. There is a separate sit down area away from the bar too if you want a quieter experience. It’s located in the heart of Northgate, an iconically Mexican area in Sacramento.
Lastly there is a churro stand outside that serves massive, fresh churros with optional fillings.

Everything met fairly standard expectations for a sit down Mexican restaurant.
Got the Jumbo Burrito, Al Pastor. This is a new favorite spot but unfortunately not close to where I live. Great portions and great flavor for the price. What more can you ask for? I came because I saw a review that it’s al pastor cooked legit off the trompo. I believe it, but did not confirm.
These days with street food prices at almost the same rate, might as well go somewhere that’s regulated, food safe, and provides nice service and atmosphere. $13.99 before tax for jumbo super burrito.

Tried the raw oysters today, recommended.
Good food, friendly people, have to order and pay upfront, still, the lady did check on us couple times. Tried chile relleno, menudo, super burrito, whole fish, everything was decent. Recommended. Didn’t like the flan much, tho.
