We’ve spent a magical four nights at Turtle Rocks Inn, so enamored that we only went out for dinner once. Roger and Francine are fantastic hosts and the “live music” from the sea lions was enchanting. Countless things to do in the area before returning to the cozy inn. Would love to revisit.

This place is amazing. This family is super friendly from the time you walk into the Inn until you leave. I really enjoyed meeting Sam, Roger and Francine. Great family. They have all the sodas you can imagine in the fridge along with Coffee, fresh fruit and homemade baked goods all day. I almost forgot: Roger makes one hell of a cooked egg breakfast every morning. Make sure not to miss it. The rooms are large and spacious with fantastic ocean views. It can’t get any better than this. I personally worked out every morning (we stayed 3 nights) in their beautiful backyard overlooking the Pacific ocean. The air was so clean and refreshing. I loved every minute of my stay at this Inn. We will certainly be back sometimes soon.

Turtle Rocks Inn in Trinidad, California, was a wonderful place to stay while exploring the Redwoods. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The ocean views from our room were absolutely spectacular. We fell asleep to the sounds of the sea lions and woke up to them each morning—a truly unique and memorable experience.
The inn is conveniently located near many of the area’s beautiful Redwoods hikes, making it an ideal home base for exploring Northern California. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and the peaceful, serene setting provided the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Turtle Rocks Inn to anyone visiting the Trinidad and Redwoods area.

We had an amazing stay at Turtle Rocks Inn! Everything felt so homey and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very comfortable, and we had zero complaints the entire time. Breakfast was delicious, the fridge was well-stocked with refreshments, and the view from our room was incredible and we loved watching the sunset each night. I’m already thinking about my next trip to Turtle Rocks and can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come again. There is no better view. Every room and shared space has the most incredible view of the ocean with the sounds of the sea lions. Our room was very large, comfortable, with ample seating. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. The bathroom was also large. The water pressure was great, the hot water was very hot, and we enjoyed the oversized bathtub. I have some challenging food intolerances, and the owners went above and beyond expectations to accommodate me. They were so welcoming and kind and you felt like you were visiting family.
