so anyway we decided to go even though the weather was iffy and im glad we did becuase it was really nice, good food and drinks with a great view of the lake, we would definately come back.
Up in Space
The place is now called Live oak instead of Trombettas.
Here it is 2025 and the place is almost empty we had more owners again on 10/11/25 we got a new owner and property management is no longer here . I been chasing out snooping ppl and called PD yesterday. I lived at this place since 3/09 and its had a lot of managers some good some terrible but that was due to the owner … This place in the last year as come along way thanks to the manager Tammie No.one is perfect in this world and there was a lot of terrible ppl staying at the park and she is a pretty dam hard worker and busted her but cleaning up this park ….. (No thanks to the owner who is a cheap skate and would probley steal from his own mom) my opinion there is still work that needs to be done but things don’t change over night …
This place has really changed it’s cleaner. Less traffic. And not to mention except. I have been running trespassing ppl out and im not quite about it . .

Mobile home Park with a few permanent residence cabins. Park come across as dirty with many drug users living there. Has on-site laundry facilities that are falling down. A small pool available in the summer for residents. Many of the residents appear to be friendly and nice but as most places there is also an unsavory element, the police frequent this area.
Cali Carnage
No managers on site, owner of the park doesn’t want things done the right way. Bathrooms don’t work, power post for the RV spots don’t work half of the time. No laundry room someone took them and sold them for money. Some places look like a junk yard and one has trash outside bunch of cars, furniture. No cable to watch TV. Police has been to people’s homes to be served to move out and the people are still there and don’t pay rent there just living there for free. People let there dogs off the leash let them run around. This park needs to be shut down as soon as possible by the county. The codes are not up to date in this park. This park nasty and lots of traffic comes in and out. So I would say find another place to live that’s better then this park
