I bought 6 chicks, one died within 18 hours of coming home, was weak/unsteady when I got home, meanwhile the others are thriving. The employee I spoke with cut me off from explaining what happened and said they couldn’t do anything because it was a live animal. While there is no corporate policy on this, it is up to the managers discretion. I’ve purchased chicks from other TSCs that at least would offer a replacement if they passed within 24hrs, really disappointed this one won’t. It’s a good reminder to support local feed stores over a corporate chain.

Look for the funny looking guy in the back with the curly hair if you’re having a bad day. Always cheers me up, can’t miss him real tall and skinny. I think the other employees refer to him as el gwapo. Hope this helps, oh yeah they sell chicks with and without….. you know.
