Bought clothes for my fiancé for our anniversary here. They ended up not being her style, so I went to return them. I had asked about the return policy PRIOR to checking out, and was told I had 14 days to return the items. What I was NOT told was that I would only receive store credit, not an actual refund. I tried contacting the store owner about this since I was not informed of the entire policy. I waited a week for a response before calling the store to follow up. Only after calling the store did I receive a response from the owner stating she won’t issue a refund.
Overall this experience was incredibly frustrating and I felt very mislead and deceived. Now I have almost $200 in store credit that I likely won’t use.

Beware: Clothes smelled very strongly of naphthalene chemical (mothballs). I bought a pair of $100+ jeans and cannot wear them due to the smell. Unfortunately I had already removed the tags so I cannot return them, so my money was wasted and I am stuck with a pair of jeans that smell terrible (after airing them out for 2 weeks already also). Store is unable to give me a refund and did not take responsibility for the issue. I will not be shopping here again.
