Stayed for two nights and loved it. If you enjoy peace and high quality this is for you. Made to feel very welcome with a complimentary wine tasting, fully stocked shared kitchen and very comfortable room. Recommend visits to Wild Diamond winery for breathtaking views and Stein and Wein for a refreshing beer by the lake.

Thorn Hill Vineyard Villas Review:
Nestled on a remote vineyard in the Clearlake/Lower Lake area, Thorn Hill Vineyard Villas offer a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The villas are elegantly tucked away behind a beautiful wrought iron fence, surrounded by tall trees, vibrant lavender flower gardens, walking paths, and inviting outdoor patios.
While the villas might not have amenities like a gym, EV charging, or a pool, they more than make up for it with thoughtful food and snack provisions and delightful weekend wine tastings.
Overall, my experience was exceptional! I felt completely safe, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, and appreciated the tranquility provided by the quiet fellow guests. Thorn Hill Vineyard Villas truly felt like a little sanctuary.

This place has some of the best wine around lake county . Thank you so much to the lady running thorn Hill wine tasting ! I can’t remember her name but she was amazing .. this place is a must stop trip for wine tasting and some good bottles to bring home. Try the chocolate wine sauce it’s very good . Also this is a kid friendly environment with plenty for them to do .thanks again to the lady running the tasting room you great at what you do ….keep it up and will see you next trip

Lovely space and excellent hospitality. Communication was excellent. Close to wedding we were attending but I would absolutely recommend for a nice getaway. Complimentary tasting before we left and I’m currently sipping a lovely Reserve Volcanic Rock Cab i picked up. Excellent stay for the price. Quiet and comfy bed. Highly recommended. Only regret that we didn’t get to stay another night. Thank you.

If the beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and gorgeous view aren’t enough to bring you to Thorn Hill Vineyards, I can tell you they have some of the best wine I’ve ever had! Every time we are in the area we stock up on all of our favorites, and our need for more always comes way too soon! Not to mention, their wine club has some pretty amazing perks! They also have a cute back patio space that is dog friendly! (a must for us)
